FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We use Paypal as our shopping cart system. Paypal is the industry leader in security and consumer protection. You do NOT need a PayPal account in order to purchase prints, you can login as a guest and use a major credit card. We are confident in this process, however if you would rather make a transaction over the phone or through the U.S. mail we are happy to accommodate you.
If you are not happy with the quality of your print, we aren’t happy. Being happy is nice, so just contact us as soon as you unpack your print and let us know the problem. Return the print undamaged and we will ship another or refund your purchase price. If there is damage to the print due to negligence on your part, in handling or in improper packing for return, we can not make refunds. We want everybody to be happy so we deal with each issue personally and quickly.
How Should I Handle A Damaged Print
It is important to start the process quickly and properly. First take your time to document the damage as thoroughly as possible. Pictures are the best when dealing with shippers, so that is the best method. We are meticulous in protecting prints with the proper packaging, so this rarely happens and when it does it is usually a shipping incident to blame. We will make sure your concerns are addressed.
Every photograph is custom printed at the time the order is placed. Please allow 3 weeks for printing and shipping. Should Kirk’s schedule pull him away from processing orders for an extended period, we will make you aware of that at the time you place your order and give you an expected delivery date. If you choose to cancel your order we will refund your money. If you are facing a deadline or need a rush order, please contact us directly prior to making your order and we will discuss all the options at hand.
The price listed for each photograph includes US domestic shipping and handling charges. All orders are insured and require a signature for delivery.
Domestic (within the U.S.) shipments are via US Priority Mail.

Please allow at least 4 weeks for international shipping from the time you place your order. All international shipments will require an adult signature and will include online tracking. All international shipments are via FEDEX International.
In order to calculate the Fedex International shipping charges we will need the following information from you via email:
1. The full shipping address and phone number
2. Prints (ID and Title) and size
3. We will email a quote for the shipment and once accepted we will email a Paypal (credit cards etc.) invoice for payment. If interested we can also let you know what your country will charge for import duty fees (if any). With this information we can use the Fedex calculator to give an exact cost for your shipment before you pay for your order.
